SOAR - The Singapore Online Arts Repository

The Singapore Online Arts Repository (SOAR) is a collaboration between National Arts Council (NAC) and the National Library Board (NLB) to enhance the national collection of Singapore arts content, and to make the materials digitally available for future generations of Singaporeans.

The collection encompasses Singapore’s performing arts, visual arts and literary arts and feature Singapore’s leading artists such as Cultural Medallion and Young Artist Award recipients, as well as long-standing arts groups.

SOAR adds on to NLB’s ongoing efforts to collect, document and preserve Singapore arts heritage. A selection has been digitised and is accessible on National Library Online. New content will be added progressively.
